Fractures- any type of break in the bone Dislocations- bone slip from its normal position Tendinitis- tendons are stretched or torn from overuse Blows to the head- concussions

Heat Overexertion Heat cramps Heat exhaustion Heatstroke Cold Weather Frostbite Hypothermia

13 D. Thinking About Safety
Be aware of people around you Play at your skill level Obey rules and restrictions Accept responsibility for your own safety Use Proper equipment
