ACHIEVING THE 28 TARGETS OF THE SADC PROTOCOL
Article (Economic empowerment) Women are being empowered through life saving skills and entrepreneurship skills such as sewing, netting, catering, food production and small business management

Article 25 - Integrated approach in addressing GBV
Involvement of key stakeholders : Government line ministries ,political leadership, policy makers, ,NGOs ,churches and ward representatives.

TARGET GROUP

OBJECTIVES Train women in different skills such as tailoring and designing, food and nutrition. Train women in life skills such as self-esteem, assertiveness, HIV/AIDS prevention, safe motherhood, breastfeeding, contraception use, etc Financial contributions Support to orphans, widows and the aged.

CHALLENGES Inadequate financing towards the campaign
lucky of male involvement in the fight against GBV victims of GBV do not report cases of GBV to the police and in instances where such as been reported, cases have been withdrawn from the police.

SUCCESSES A total of 825 people have benefitted from the activity
Women can now run their small businesses successfully. Number of women reporting cases of GBV has improved. Women now know their rights Survivors of GBV have been empowered with micro loans for small businesses

MONITORING AND EVALUATION
The M and E methods used were: Problem and Situational Analysis Problem tree analysis workshop with key stakeholders. Focus group interviews with key stakeholders. Questionnaires
