2. Introduction ActiveParent and CCSD Website
A lot of parents doesn’t know we have apps and a website available for ActiveParent and CCSD Website
They are available in the App Store, Apple store or on the Internet
How presentation will benefit audience: Adult learners are more interested in a subject if they know how or why it is important to them.
Presenter’s level of expertise in the subject: Briefly state your credentials in this area, or explain why participants should listen to you.

3. ActiveParent
ActiveParent is good for parents to keep up with their child/children schedule, grades, attendance and discipline.
Any news from District or School is available on ActiveParent
AIM Messages is also available on ActiveParent
You can only download this app from Apple store and App Store for iPhones

4. To get setup for ActiveParent
Fill out ActiveParent form when you enroll your student/students
Get Username and Password from the student’s teacher or school’s office
Download App or go to
Click on Forms & Links at top of page
Then select Active Parent in the Links column

5. You can check the student demographics, contact info, schedule & grades, student attendance and discipline all the different areas is located across the top of webpage
Login with username and password
On the app you click the icon right here to get to where you need to go
Grades and Schedule will be posted here you be able to see all daily grades, assignments and test grades

6. CCSD Website

CCSD Website is good for parents and teachers to keep up with what's going on in the district or individual schools
It have information from Athletics events, school calendar, teacher webpage, schools events, district events, forms & links, Board of Education, employment, student assessment and much more.

To get to different areas on website just click on the area you need to go which is located across the top or Quick Links down the left side

11. To sign up for E-communication Notifications
Click the communication link under Quick Links
E-Communication is when the parent gets any alerts, news, events or notifications from their child or children’s school.

12. CCS Employment opportunities are available on CCSD website
You can go to CCSD Form & Links page to download employment applications

13. CCSD Forms & links webpage is full of helpful district’s forms & links
It’s helpful for all Parents, Teachers, and District Employees
From Lunch application, Active Parent, lunch menu for parent to majority of district forms and links that the teachers and district employees uses or need
