4 Accessing Reports – Monitoring

5 Monitoring Software Usage (R180)
What: How: When: Who: Why: Software Usage 3 times a week, 15 minutes elem/middle 12 minutes high Participation Report (R180) Results Summary Report (S44) Weekly Teacher will send to school level administrator Research shows that meeting software usage correlates to student growth. 6 Participation Report (R180)
Purpose is to indicate which students are not meeting usage expectations Pulled each week by the Read180/System44 Teacher and submitted via to the school administrator. Reading the Report: Look for “red flags” Indicate lack of minutes per session Indicate lack of sessions per week Expectation = 3 sessions per week 15 min/session (Elem/Mid) 12 min/session (High) AIKEN COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT RI and R180 Expectations| 9/20/17

9 Monitoring Student Growth
What: How: When: Who: Why: Student Growth 100% 1 year, 75% 1 ½ years, 50% 2 year growth Through the data debriefings with HMH, based on RI results January and June HMH will prepare and present to ISD This is the measure that shows we are making a difference. Student growth will be measured after each RI assessment (Winter and Spring). Data will be delivered by HMH. Purpose is to indicate how students are spending their software time Pulled each month by the Read180/System44 Teacher and submitted via to the school administrator. What: How: When: Who: Why: Program Progress 12 avg. sessions per segment, 6 segments per year (R180) 10 Series per year (S44) Reading Progress Report (R180) Response to Intervention Report (S44) Monthly Teacher will send to school level administrator This measure indicates that the students are actually working and not wasting time. 13 Response to Intervention Report (S44)
Purpose is to indicate how students are spending their software time Pulled each month by the Read180/System44 Teacher and submitted via to the school administrator. Reading the Report: Look at Mastery to Date Check to ensure the student is on track to master at least 10 series by the end of the year This report is cumulative so returning students will have data from last year Expectation = 10 series or more per year AIKEN COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT RI and R180 Expectations| 9/20/17

14 Monitoring Reading Counts (R180)
What: How: When: Who: Why: Teachers Reading Counts Quizzes administered Reading Counts Quizzes document student success during Independent Reading.  Elementary students will likely complete several quizzes each month whereas middle/high may complete fewer due to length of books read.  Reading Counts Reading Progress Report Monthly Teachers send to school administrator An online record that the students is not only participating in online ready, but also comprehending the text.
