“T” TEACHER SUPPORT Training of new teachers in selected primary schools Existing Teachers: academic standards, hours of teaching, quality of students’ learning, teacher attendance, etc. new technology and methods

Nation Builder Award Designing and implementing scheme of recognition and awards to outstanding primary school teachers at the level of revenue Districts and below.

E-Learning kits in needy schools Ensures fast and effective learning Improves attendance at schools making learning enjoyable Reduces school drop out Very helpful in a single teacher school Software in Nine Languages including Hindi, Marathi and English Cost: Aprx Rs45000 (Hardware+Software) (to be purchased from approved vendors)

“A” ADULT LITERACY Youth to enroll as volunteer-teacher.
Each volunteer-teacher is enabled with specially designed Toolkit, in a language of their choice. Volunteer-teacher to spend minutes each day to teach adult. Duration to make an adult literate is days. On completion of 3 months NIOS examination, which will certify them

Active participation of Rotarians, their Spouses, Rotaractors and Interactors as Volunteers.
Use social media as a tool to enhance our objective Sp.Training-girls,mothers Functional Literacy through Vocational training Basic education in maths, business fundamentals, computer skills etc

“C” CHILD DEVELOPMENT Special emphasis on overall inclusive growth - Children of: : Dropouts Back to School : prisoners : sex workers : migrant workers : Eradicate child labor : Scholarships Equal education for Differently abled

Asha Kiran… a ray of hope :
This is the name given to the Child Development initiative at Rs. 2100/- per child to send 1,00,000 out of school children back to school. This program has been undertaken to fulfill the goals of Child Development vertical of RILM

“H” HAPPY SCHOOLS Clean Schools/Painting/Boundary
Benches/Desks- Student teacher interaction Toilets- Clean/hygienic for boys & girls. Pure water -for both children and teachers.

“H” HAPPY SCHOOLS Library- for the schools exceeding 200 students
Uniform and footwear Maintained space for teachers. Play Equipment

Clubs to identify schools which lack at least 5 of the above requisites and provide them to make them “Happy Schools” ALL EIGHT NEED TO BE COMPLETELY IMPLEMENTED
