Main issues
Programmatic performance in Tonga is not an issue but we are working together with SPC as a technical assistance to be developing our screening guideline.

Conclusion
Tonga has successful performance on screening of all TB cases for HIV, screening of all contacts of the index cases, screening of all prisoners for TB and never shortage of drugs.
