IAQG OPMT Stream/Team # 2015 Tactical Objectives Status 2016
Continually improve the globally harmonized Industry Control Other Party quality management system certification program to be efficient, recognized, and communicate measurable benefits to stakeholders. Stream/Team # 2015 Tactical Objectives Status OPMT 1 Oversight - 100% of all oversight requirements met in all three global sectors (e.g.; Shared oversight, Certification Structure Oversight Committee). 2 OASIS - Develop an updated OASIS database, within cost targets, that includes all current functionality, the enhanced functionality to generate records, manage certification activities, facilitate the collection of ICOP performance metrics and meet stakeholder expectations. 3 Improve Stakeholder Confidence – Develop and launch a stakeholder collaboration plan to communicate and improve confidence in the ICOP certification scheme 4 ICOP Analysis – Conduct a detailed Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) on the ICOP certification process. Utilize the results of the analysis to identify changes and obtain IAQG approval for a revision initiative, if needed. 2016 Complete On Plan Off Plan (Recoverable) Off Plan (Not Recoverable) No Activity to Date

IAQG OPMT Team # 2015 Tactical Objectives Status 2016
Enhance the competency of Auditors, Other Party (OP) Assessors and stakeholders that are engaged in ICOP activities. Team # 2015 Tactical Objectives Status OPMT 5 Revision - Publication of this standard to incorporate lessons learned, address auditor competency and align with criteria. Communicate and launch transition plans. 6 Training and CVP Provider(s): Selection and IAQG approval of the OPMT sanctioned training and CVP developer/program administrator Provider(s). 7 Competency Validation Process: Develop and beta test an Aerospace Auditor competency evaluation process. Create a stakeholder communication/transition plan, which supports the auditor authentication process and conformance with 8 Workshops & Communication: Promote the use of workshops and web based communication tools to provide awareness of requirements and IAQG initiatives with the focus on improving stakeholder competence. 9 9100/9110/9120:2016 : Support the 9100/9110/9120:2016 revision and ballot process through the development and communication of a comprehensive Industry Controlled Other Party (ICOP) quality management system (QMS) certification transition plan. 2016 Complete On Plan Off Plan (Recoverable) Off Plan (Not Recoverable) No Activity to Date 5

Objective # 1 – OPMT Oversight Activities
APAQG – 2014 Oversight Assessment Closed Thanks to APAQG JRMC for addressing all issues EAQG OPMT Sector Oversight of the EAQG OPMT took place 19 to 21 May 2015 held at GIFAS, in Paris, France Oversight team (comprised of two OP Assessors from other two SMS) and was led by AAQG RMC (David Day, GE) Thanks David! Included assessment of CBMC’s from Austria, France and Italy Result: 3 Minor NCRs raised AAQG RMC Oversight in 2015 – Sept 28th Lead OP Assessor – Shuji Komori (FHI) OASIS – Functionality of Database – Oct Lead OP Assessor – Marie-Laurence Petit (Airbus)

2015 Tactical Objective # 2 OASIS Next Generation
Objective: Develop an updated OASIS database, within cost targets, that includes all current functionality, the enhanced functionality to generate records, manage certification activities, facilitate the collection of ICOP performance metrics and meet stakeholder expectations.

Resolution Awareness AS9104/1 Clause 4.16: Each IAQG sector shall define a process for the development and issuance of resolutions to provide clarification to this standard, 9104/2 and 9104/3 standards, and sector specific ICOP scheme process documentation. However, the SMS shall ensure concurrence from the other sector IAQG OPMT representatives before issuance of any ICOP scheme resolutions. Resolutions are published on the IAQG OASIS Database via the resolution log (29 June 2015):

Resolution Awareness OPMT Resolutions clarify expectations and support management of ICOP scheme: June 29th version has no new resolutions. 3 were revised to provide further clarification and incorporate feedback received. Objective # 9 – 9100/9110/9120:2016 Transition
Transition F2F Meeting held in July 2015 – Susie Neal (Team Chair) Reviewed Draft standards (ISO 9001:2015, 9100:2016, 9101:2016) Identified transition dependencies ISO 9001:2015 ISO :2015 Publication of IAQG Standards (9100:2016, 9101:2016) OASIS Next Gen Transition plan to be finalized and communicated once IAQG General Assy approval is obtained. (SR-003). Acknowledged IAF decision to utilize a 3 year transition period Sept 2015 – Sept 2018 IAQG OPMT will support this timeline and strive to align 9100:2016 transition with ISO 9001:2015
