3) Getting the product sale assigned to the buying distributor.

3. How to Enroll in India
TOGETHER BUILDING PEOPLE™
New distributors in India will submit a signed copy of the India application form and must include a copy of a Permanent Account Number (PAN) card.
Distributors will their application to the India office. New distributors may also sign-up online at AutoShip or Back-up AutoShip enrollment is not required to receive commissions in India. (Applications still need to be sent to 4Life.)
If 4Life does not receive a copy of a valid PAN card within one month of enrollment, the distributorship will be converted to a customer status.

5. How to Place Orders with 4Life in India

Distributors must submit a copy of either business-specific PAN card or a shop center establishment certificate to purchase product. All orders are taken in Indian Rupees.
Accepted methods of payment include, cash, demand drafts and checks, credit card (AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard), or bank wire. Wires need to have the ID number and Order number included in the details. Checks must have the ID number and order number printed
on the check.

Distributors with a business license who purchase products from the company for their organization will be required to pay the appropriate VAT and Octroi on the products. An invoice will be provided by the company to document the amount of taxes paid. Upon resale of the product, distributors with a business license selling to other distributors in their organization must provide the distributors an invoice documenting the purchase price and taxes charged. Distributors with a business license should consult with their tax advisor regarding the necessary tax filings necessary to comply with their local laws.

7. How are commissions paid to Indian distributors?
TOGETHER BUILDING PEOPLE™
Bonus checks are mailed for commissions of at least 400 Rs.
Commissions under 400 Rs. will be credited to the distributor’s account and paid out once 400 Rs. is reached.
4Life will pay the service tax for those distributors who earn over one million Rupees per year.
Checks will be mailed out once a month.
4Life must have the distributor’s personal or business PAN# on file before we will send out commissions.
