YS members in Bangkok(10), Chiangmai(2) and Hua Hin(1) are not currently Asian Area members.

3. Expected growth has not gone up due to various reasons as listed below
Asian Area clubs commitment towards YS is low. Their concentration is on strengthening, increasing and retaining Members to main club.
Dedicated member in charge is not established in many clubs.
Young Skål age group years are handled in various manner and becoming country specific. Some clubs take in students in the age group and others work on Young Skål associates in the age group years.

4. Indian clubs are targeting at students from 20 -27 age group
Indian clubs are targeting at students from age group. Students are already in final year at the age of 20 and above. They remain only for a year in YS and leave institution after completing the course. Indian clubs feel it is difficult for them to target Young professional as they become eligible to become main club members.
Clubs in Hong Kong, Bali Thailand and Seoul are targeting Young Professional and able to retain them for some time and convince them to get into main clubs.
To my knowledge this is a better module to work on.

5. Conclusion
My observation and suggestion that we need to include Young Skål Director in Club committee and amend our club statutes. This would help club Presidents to commit to Young Skål growth and possibility of every club inducting YS in their clubs.
