We have developed a Board Policy to document and govern our approach to assessing PPP. This policy required us to: Develop Opportunity and Risk Matrices Score value and weights to scale benefit vs risk and compromise Focus is on our students, current and future Model financial outcomes under a number of scenarios including worst case Risk mitigation and exit strategies
