2. Positions Open and Process
Discover for Schools LPM
The applications will be validated by the VP iGV and the candidates will go through an interview short time after the applications close. The interview will determine if they will be selected for the position.

3. Eligibity
Any current active member of the iGV department from AIESEC Mures can apply.
There is no set process to go through when answering questions. You may design your application in any way you see it fit. Each relevant question must be answered in full for the application to be considered. Each question must be answered with a MINIMUM of 70 words.
A complete application pack will include all the 4 parts of the questionnaire:

4. Responsabilities Core responsibilities include:
The Local Project Manager is the final responsible for the overall operational planning, execution and tracking of the project on the local level according to the national plan, context and guidelines. He’s to lead his local functional managers to ensure cross-functional operations synergy for goal achievement.
Core responsibilities include:
• Plan, execute and track the overall operational strategy of the project on a local level
• Lead the local functional managers to ensure cross-functional operational alignment for goal achievement according to plan
• Represent the project in the LC and external environment to serve as a bridge when needed
• Participate in the project network to foster collaboration and innovation among LCs
• Measure advancements and impact and report to the corresponding bodies
• Work together with the local processes coordinators to ensure matrix structure alignment for plan accomplishment
