The IMS covers both the SMS and ITSMS. Scope of the Service Management System (SMS): The management system implemented to deliver all services covered by the service catalogue of EGI Foundation. The SMS covers the ITSMS. Scope of the IT Service Management System (ITSMS): The management system implemented to deliver all IT services covered by the service catalogue of EGI Foundation.
