19. Decimal War! Directions
Players take cards out of the bags and place them in front of you facedown.
Next each player turns the top card over at the same time. Whoever’s card is the biggest gets to keep both cards!
The player who runs out of cards first loses that round.
Play as many rounds as you can until I say stop!
