2. Passive Voice Use Form to be + past participle (p.p.)
When we are interested in the action
When we want to avoid mentioning someone

3. Tenses Present Simple : I am + p.p. Past Simple : I was + p.p.
Future Simple : I will be p.p.
Present Perfect : I have been p.p.
Past Perfect : I had been p.p.
Future Perfect : I will have been + p.p.
Present Continuous : I am being + p.p.
Past Continuous : I was being + p.p.

4. Use of Tenses - Examples
A new road is built by ACE every month.
A new road was built by ACE last week.
A new road will be built by ACE next year.
A new road has been built by ACE lately.
A new road had been built by ACE before you visited Kos.
A new road will have been built by ACE by the time you visit Kos again.
A new road is being built by ACE at the moment.
A new road was being built by ACE when we were on the island.
