1 To describe and evaluate the Corporation’s operating structure and service levels 2 To critique the Corporation’s operating effectiveness and efficiency, using service level benchmarks and comparative best practises 3 To recommend changes / options that will maintain adequate service levels while allowing long term, sustainable budget objectives to be met
