Aim of the event: Every year the performance of the employees of the company is recognized: 25 employees get an award and have the opportunity to participate in a full service incentive trip (with their companions). ‘In Recognition and Appreciation for Demonstrating our core values’ This recognition journey and award giving ceremony have been organized by our agency, in Budapest. Supplied services: - Conception of the image of the whole event and the graphic works - Organization and coordination of all transfers - Organization of the accommodation (with different room deliveries every day and privatized spaces for the group) - Organization of a 4-day full program with special small gifts, surprises and small attentions to the guests (visit of the city with vintage buses, visit of the Opera House with a private mini concert with opera singers accompanied by a glass of Hungarian sparkling wine, cruising on the Danube, visit of the Mathias Church with a surprise organ concert, Strudel stretching, etc.) - Organization of all meals with Hungarian touches in order to introduce the local culture to the participants (tastings of local products, folklore music and dancers, local wines and brandy, caricaturists, Rubik Cube corner, etc.) All programs have been assisted by our colleagues and all explications during the visits have been done by our qualified English speaking guides.

Brief of the event: Challenges:
After all participants’ arrival and the check-in in the best 5* hotel of Budapest, the group participated in a cruise tour on the Danube. While taking the aperitif they had the opportunity to get welcomed by the illuminated Budapest and all its historical monuments. After the river tour a direct boarding was organized on the fancy boat restaurant, the Spoon, the venue of the welcome dinner. The following two entire days permitted the guests to discover Budapest, both on Buda and Pest sides. The secret program included visits (Mathias Church, Opera House, St. Stephen Basilica, Great Market Hall etc.), tastings of the Hungarian specialties (pastries, Strudel, cheese, sausages, brandy, etc.) and contained rides by special means of transportation (vintage bus, tramway, funicular). At the end of the 2nd day a traditional dinner took place in a wine cellar restaurant, the Domus Vinorum, where participants had the opportunity not only to discover the Hungarian folklore music and dance but to give the dance a try as well. To close this recognition journey, at the last dinner all awards had been officially given to the winners. In order to honor of the event, this gala dinner took place in a 19th century noble family palace, today the Municipal Library. All the decoration of the venue and all animations (classic ballet dancers, classical musicians in costumes) turned the evening into a very elegant and memorable experience. After the ceremonial part of the event dancing in a trendy nightclub (Hello Baby Bar) was proposed to the motivated ones. For those who did not have an early flight on the last day several facultative programs were proposed: relaxation in the Széchenyi Thermal Bath, visit of the Parliament or the House of Terror, visit of the Jewish district and the Synagogue, jogging on the Marguerite Island Challenges: As the event was a recognition - an award for the employees, to compensate their hard work during the past year - our clients, our main contacts who represented the company had really high expectations that we had to fulfill without any failure. The whole event had to be a smooth enchainment of programs, where the participants do not recognize that there is any organization behind. And all this with only high quality services. As the participants came from different countries and sometimes from really different cultures as well, we had to find the balance between these differences and try to introduce our country’s values in a way that everybody could find their favorite program elements, the elements that fit their temperament. We always had to think and take care of the alimentary differences and be able to propose a solution to everyone by keeping the aim of introducing the Hungarian flavors.
