3. MoF – programme overview
10 years old this summer
Pathway from 4 years old to 16 years old, mainly in Futsal
152 spaces on the programme – children of all abilities, grouped by ability, age, size/speed, focus (no advertising budget)
Close networks and relationships with parents and families
Key ingredient to success – coaches and coaching
We are deliberately small, with high expectations

5. Sunday 4pm sessions Key aspects
Arrival by 3.40pm latest to help set-up area
Help with warm-up (all children together)
Ball familiarity, ball control, ball mastery activities
Give homework and check homework each week, build a set of ball-each activities that the group work on (develops each week) – include parents
Activities that develop game understanding:
Red – area games, follow-the-leader games, dribble games etc
Blue – plus 1v1s
Yellow – plus 2v2s/3v3s

6. Sunday 5pm, 6pm & 7pm sessions
Key elements (non-negotiables!)
High Active Learning Time
Bib children while they are active
Give individual help and attention where possible rather than stopping whole group
Give activity to return to after a drink break
Never use queues
2. Build and link sessions from one week to the next – based on topic (plan your sessions)
3. De-brief with parents at end of session each week
