SNMP to STAs not desirable nor feasible
Current MIB does not have anything specific for AP

Current MIB has the following sub-branches
dot11smt, dot11mac, dot11res, dot11phy, dot11Conformance
Current MIB has some Per-Interface Stats: dot11CountersTable) under dot11mac:
Extend/Replace with dot11macStatsTable for per Interface stats beyond the current MAC counters?
Extend doc11phy/dot11phyDSSSTable and dot11phyOFDMTable for PHY stats?
New Per-STA table is needed: dot11STAStatsTable under dot11mac & dot11phy?
One Private MIB had this under “Forwarding Table”, containing corresponding MAC addresses : Reasonable place but out of scope?
Another Private MIB has this under “Association Table”, which excludes STA observed but not associated, or other APs
Need to include all known STAs, APs, regardless of association
