During food safety certification process each participant:
 Manually enters information generated on a paper note or at best in a Word document
Manually copies information received from other participants to personal documentation
Final document is in a form of MS Word/Excel, thus difficult to analyze and make overall aggregate annual reports
Physical access to pre-printed phyto-certificate forms may be compromised
 To insure food production traceability, farmers maintain field diaries in a paper notebook or at best in an Excel-like electronic form, inaccessible to others 4
