Make Healthy Food Choices
Eat variety of colorful vegetables and fruits Choose foods with high fiber Look for whole grain cereals, breads, pasta, and rice Reduce fat intake Choose lean meats and low- or non-fat dairy Drink water

Brisk walking is great exercise!
Make Time for Exercise Exercise 30 to 60 minutes daily Fit more physical activity into your day Park your car farther from destination Walk during lunch break Take stairs instead of elevator Get friends and family involved Brisk walking is great exercise!
