Earlier in Model ARC12+,there was a issue in the screws of A-shell & B-shell fitment.
Screw head design was not OK as per the screw bits and Auto screwing machine was not able to do the tightening of screws properly due to mismatch of screw bit and screw head.
3 persons were doing screw tightening manually
Screw head design was modified at ODM and now screw bits are matching with screw head.
After this modification, we have done 2 manpower saving.
Benefits:
Screw modification done at ODM end in which screw head design was modified
2 Manpower Saving Per shift ie INR 56000/-
