2 Princeton’s Basic Home Improvement Program
Interest-free loan of up to $20,000 Eligible work includes repairs or rehabilitation to one or more major systems: plumbing, including sewer or septic, heating, electrical, structural, roof, and weatherization or energy conservation. Easy preliminary application, and simplified income guidelines 10 year agreement

3 Helping Hands for Seniors
Interest-free grant of up to $15,000 Eligible work includes roof, siding, windows; or heating and plumbing systems; or if more work is necessary the Basic Home Improvement Program could be utilized Grant will be reduced at 1/10 per year, and forgiven after 10 years Easy preliminary application, and simplified income guidelines 10 year agreement

4 Administrative Agent’s Tasks Affordable Coordinator’s Task
Marketing in conjunction with municipal marketing Detailed work write-ups, contractor payment processing including change orders; contractor recruitment Communication between Coordinator, contractors, clients, Comprehensive and organized case files to ensure accurate details for COAH monitoring Preparation of Operating Manual Identify areas for marketing In-house income qualification, simple application Communication with AA Monitoring report to COAH Preparation of loan documents, handles loan closings

6 Documentation In addition to the information supplied on this form, please attach the following to this application: Copies of most current federal income tax return form for all household members; Copies of most recent 4 months of pay stubs of all employed household members; Copies of most recent 4 months of Checking and savings account record of all household members; Copy deed Copy of tittle insurance Copy of homeowner’s insurance policy; Records of income from assets such as Real Estate or Businesses Records of assets that do not earn regular income
