To have a healthy body… Don’t skip breakfast! After a whole night without eating, you need to fuel up.

To have a healthy body… Eat three balanced meals and snacks to get the nutrients you need each day.

1 milk or alternative 1 fruit ¼ plate: Grain product or potato ¼ plate: Meat or alternative ½ plate: Vegetables

To have a healthy body… Avoid unhealthy foods and sugary drinks.

To have a healthy body… Have fun doing at least one hour of physical activity each day. When you move, it makes you happy!
