review this manual on a regular basis THIS POLICY MANUAL IS NOT A CONTRACT You are an employe “at-will.”

5 Mission Statement To offer guests the adventure they envision in a safe and exciting environment. To provide the best value for the guest’s dollar. To have guests feel that they are a member of the SRR family. To have guests return return to SRR because they have experienced excellent service at a fair price.

6 Facilities and Equipment
Report damageded equipment Clean up litter Return all equipment to appropriate locations Park in designated areas Each of us is dependent on our guests for our livelihood. At all times we must put the comfort of our guests first. In keeping with this, remember that the areas with easiest access to facilities are reserved for our guests. Clean up litter. We are all responsible for the cleanliness of Star River Resort facilities. No guest wants to frequent a business that is unclean. It is our job to clean up after our guests for their comfort and for the comfort of the other guests. Consider it a privilege to help the guests have a relaxed non-demanding vacation. Do not contribute to litter. Do not ignore a problem because “it is not your job.” Consider everything to be your job while you are working at Star River Resort. If you see that something needs to be done, do it. If it is not within your abilities, say, equipment repair, let the appropriate personnel know about the problem immediately. Return all equipment to the appropriate locations. Report damaged equipment to the equipment manager.

7 Safety Policy Safe work procedures will prevent all injuries and accidents from happening The first consderation is the prevention of bodily injury and safeguarding health It is essential that employees be in good physical condition All SRR employees must communicate and follow safety practices Working safely is a condition of employment of SRR.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) The Department of Transportation (DOT) The West Virginia Department of Natural Resources (WVDNR) Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) Star River Resort’s policy manual states that the company complies with appropriate safety laws and regulations established by OSHA. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Star River Resort’s policy manual states that the company complies with appropriate safety laws and regulations established by the EPA. The EPA enforces guidelines that relate to the regulation of water quality. Department of Transportation (DOT) Star River Resort’s policy manual states that the company complies with appropriate safety laws and regulations established by the DOT. These regulations particularly apply to the operation of the company’s buses. West Virginia Department of Natural Resources (WVDNR) Star River Resort’s policy manual states that the company complies with appropriate safety laws and regulations established by the WVDNR.
