RFQ Contents INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPOSERS & EVALUATION CRITERIA SOQ’s to be ed to prior to the due date and time and cannot exceed 9MB in total size Eight (8) numbered page limitation, excluding resumes (limited to one page for each key personnel), Submittal Form, and exceptions to the draft agreement.
