Three Questions Three questions need to be answered throughout the case and at every court hearing: Can the child remain or return home? “Removal Findings” If the child is out of the home, where should the child be placed? “Placement Preferences” Is OCS providing appropriate services to the family? “Active/Reasonable Efforts” Activity 2.20
