Tight construction schedule
Very tight to fix the design & to construct KEK Fuji B4 by the middle of August
It seems that we don’t have enough materials / parts for CRT stand yet…
A proposal / backup option
Very temporary CRT setup (only for data taking this summer)
only if well-designed CRT stand is not ready.
Arrangement : ~1 week, Construction: ~1 week, Assembly: ~2 week  ~1 month
The setup to be disassembled ASAP when the well-designed stand is ready

Enough cleanliness level in the Panel house easily achieved if users perform proper maintenance work regularly. 
Tent for TOP preparation / test constructed.
Let’s (re)start QBB / electronics / Cosmic-ray KEK Fuji.
