15 MODE OF INCOOPERATION / OPERATION SHARE INVESTMENT Government 60% for electricity generation equipment and construction material locally unavailable Village 40% for labor cost and local construction material Electricity corporative, sanctioned by the co-operative promotion department run by elected comet for operation and maintenance bill collection (3B./ KWH for village 0.8 Baht for grid sale ) And spending of surplus revenue for village benefit.
