7 Conclusions Mechanical Simulation OK:
New dimensions for overlap & ASICS ok… Thermal simulation in 3D! ok… but Mechanical Simulation NOW: Thermal distortion progressing… Mechanical Stability (natural f) progressing… Prototype to calibrate simulation… start thinking about… need to optimize components to progressing… improve thermal safety factor NIKHEF & Gil Gilchriese …single sided?? …what about double sided?? Catia/ProE/Ansys/Abaqus… progressing… New Simulation Machine… progressing…
