However, IF a student is crying, or has COMPLETELY shut down, excuse them from completing the test. If you feel they are able, you can attempt to have them complete test individually with student if parent gives permission.

24. SCORING Scoring will be done in the Assessment and Research Department
**Return all booklets in person to A & R by contacting Andrea Payne to set up a time no later than November 1st but you can return them as soon as you are done testing.

MAKE SURE THERE IS A LABEL (included with the booklet delivery to your school) ON EACH BOOKLET FOR EACH STUDENT.

26. WHAT NOW? AFTER EACH TEST HAS BEEN SCORED
Test booklets will need to picked up at A & R Dept. and taken back to your building (Please put in Student Cumulative Folders).
GT TOSA and GT Leader in your building will make further determinations for student programming/GT identification.
Communication to the parents will be shared at conferences by the classroom teacher.
