Program Measure 1 – Evidence-Based PD
Accountability for the development and monitoring of the quality and timeliness of SPDG coaching services. Description of how data were used to provide feedback to coaches and improve coaching strategies. SPDG coaches use multiple sources of information in order to provide assistive feedback to those being coached and also provide appropriate instruction or modeling. Describe how SPDG coaches monitored implementation progress. Describe how the data from the monitoring are used to provide feedback to implementers.

Purposes of Coaching Fidelity Tool
To ensure coaching is a data-based process. To have objective data in order to provide feedback to coaches. To gather perception data from personnel who have been coached. To use and reflect on data to improve coaching strategies. To demonstrate fidelity of implementation of coaching.

Who collects the data? Who are the data collected from? How often are the data collected? Need to standardize the coaching activities being observed?
