2. 5 Trips for Travelling to Italy on a Budget
Try to avoid travelling on high speed train, travel on the regional trains instead
Many restaurants charge a coperta fee so check the menu to see how much the charge is
Rent a bike you can see more than walking while also saving more than you would taking the train
Check the daily schedules of museums before going for many have free admission days
Make sure you go on an off season not during their big holidays

3. Packing Tips and Tricks
Italians dress up so make sure you pack some nicer clothes
Make sure you bring something light with sleeves for when touring churches
A pair of flat boots may be required for it does rain
Toiletries are very expensive so try and bring your own
Dresses may be a better option then short shorts and tank tops in Italy for the men will hackle and often bother you the more you stand out.
Bring a padlock to keep luggage safe for there are many pickpockets

Store luggage until check in at (11:00am)
Take free walking tour of the Vatican
-Includes: spanish steps, column of Marcus Aurelius, Pantheon, Pizza Navona, Castel Sant Angelo, View of St. Peter’s Square
Go back to the hostel
Find a cheap place to eat

Go on our day trip of Florence
-Includes: Full day tour of the beautiful Tuscan countryside from Florence, wander the world heritage, discover the history of Monteriggioni’s impressive fortress
Have light lunch
Head back to hostel
Grab dinner
Go to sleep

10. Itinerary Day 8 June 13,2017 Take day trip to Viareggio
(Takes 1 ½ hours to travel there on bus)
-Explore the town
-Spend the day at the beach
-See some free Sights
Go back to Florence for the night

11. Itinerary Day 9 June 14,2017-Travel Day Leave hostel in Florence
Spend the day walking around Venice the 2 of us
Go find a nice restaurant to have large dinner at (20 euros)
Tuck in at Hostel in city center

12. Itinerary Day 10 June 15,2017 Get Breakfast
Venetian Islands Half-Day Boat Tour: Murano, Burano & Torcello
-Leaves at 10:30 returns at 4:30
Go get ready and have a fancy large dinner
Go sleep at hostel

13. Itinerary Day 11 June 16,2017 Beach day in Venice at Venice Lido
Pack snacks
Spend day soaking up sun
Head back to Hostel
