Through the collaboration of medical professionals the clinic focuses on the health needs of the community and offers preventative care, dental care, general health care, and family care.”

Ensure healthcare access for poverty level families in Kent County. Provide health education to family members in order to promote a healthy lifestyle. Assess and monitor the health of children and their families. Create a trusting atmosphere that promotes accountability for healthy lifestyles. Provide leadership in meeting the healthcare needs of the community.

Engage in a focused and collaborative health plan for families on their first clinic visit. Educate our patients on the importance of preventative care. Monitor patient outcomes regularly and address patient concerns to ensure collaboration. Offer culturally competent care to poverty level families every visit

8 Registered nurse/licensed practical nurse
Responsibilities include: Patient advocacy and basic medical preventative care as ordered by the Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner including immunizations, reviewing the patient’s medical history, completing new patient admissions, and interdisciplinary collaboration with outpatient services, counseling, dieticians, basic need or other resources. It is expected that all employees provide ethical care, carry themselves professionally, collaborates respectfully, and honors patient privacy. Qualifications Required: Current license to practice as RN or LPN in State of Michigan Competitive wages and benefits offered

9 Physician Assistant/ nurse practitoner
Responsibilities include: Primary and preventative medical care include: physical assessment, diagnosis, medication management, outpatient testing, and referral to specialists or emergency care. It is expected that all employees provide ethical care, carry themselves professionally, collaborate respectfully, and honors patient privacy. Qualifications Required: Current License to Practice as a Physician Assistant, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Adult Nurse Practitioner in the State of Michigan Competitive wages and benefits offered

10 Marketing Mlive.com is a website that encompasses a wide audience in Michigan. Mlive.com currently offers (3) 30 day postings with cross postings in their Niche Healthcare Network for $600. The Journal of Public Health Practice and Management is published monthly. The cost for a black and white, half-page ad is $1,030/month for 3 months. Mlive.com The hope of the authors is that these two advertising sites will draw well-qualified applicants to the Kent Country Community Medical Clinic.
