Actions: Search for cost-effective cataloging service compatible with Innovative’s Millennium Consider other institutions’ successful implementation: information received from Michigan State University about SkyRiver SkyRiver contacted for the introductory meeting and presentation

Meeting with SkyRiver representatives for setting parameters for cataloging services (May 2009) Installation of SkyRiver application in Technical Services (June 2009) Testing SkyRiver services (June – July 2009) Setting up shelf-ready books processing with Midwest, Blackwell and SkyRiver and replacing OCLC PromptCat with SkyMatch (July – August 2009) Switching off OCLC cataloging services (December 2009)

Installation and hands-on training: 1 hour per person communications prior to the first software update regarding: - creating macros - text strings - labels printing functionality - derive function Request for not available titles via “Report unavailable record”
