2. Background
The population of Bonnyrigg, Lasswade and Rosewell is expanding.
The council need to:
Add three streams of non-denominational primary school capacity (more than 700 children).
Create a sustainable Roman Catholic primary school provision as currently the two Roman Catholic primaries have far fewer pupils than their capacity
