3 Find your group Form a group with other students who hold the same suit (Hearts, Diamonds, Spades, Clubs).

6 Match the Image In your groups, you will receive 4 images. Examine each one and consider which core value it best represents. Then, cut out each image and tape or paste it over the core value it best represents. Be prepared to explain WHY you chose that image to represent the core value you selected! Click circle to start timer Click circle for 5 more minutes

7 Explain your Matches Groups will take turns sharing the image they selected for each core value. Be sure to explain HOW each image represents the core value you selected.

8 Match the Memes The teacher will assign each group to move to one of four designated areas of the room. Each area will represent one of the four core values (Be There, Be Ready; Be Responsible; etc.). There will be a pile of memes in the center of the room. In your groups, search the pile of memes for one that connects to your assigned core value. Then, determine whether it is an example or non- example of that value and sort accordingly.

9 Explain your Memes Groups will take turns sharing their memes and explaining how each one represents the assigned core value. Don’t forget to share if the meme is an example or non-example of desired classroom behavior!
