Proposed content of next phase of NFP program
VICARIATE / PARISH (To be funded locally) DIOCESE (To be proposed for PCPD funding) Direct implementation of NFP counseling / promotion of NFP values and methods Support services to the Vicariate / Parish programs Select, manage and provide support for NFP counselor(s) Design counseling plan based on local conditions Reproduce/acquire training materials and equipment Provide incentives for participation (e.g. food support) Implement assessment and certification of NFP users Pool trained/qualified NFP counselors Organize continuing education activities for trainers Standardize training content and kits Standardize instruments for assessment and certification of users Design and implement impact studies Monitor NFP promotion and use in the Diocese Partial subsidy for first round of Vicariate initiatives
