It is a privilege to be able to observe the teaching and learning across our schools

Class 2 Great use of different ways to learn – actions, drawing, experiences There is an excitement and creativity that is both modelled and embraced The tolerance and acceptance of Szymon – as well as the patience of the TA – is outstanding

Both schools had excellent SEN provision where the quality of the 1 to 1 work with a child was a privilege to see

Our findings Strong relationships evident amongst pupils and other adults. Children are keen to talk about their learning Children are proud of their work Children are willing to share with their classmate things they get wrong. Children display very good learning behaviours Wonderful learning going on across the schools Great examples seen in practice of our schools as a catholic community In almost all lessons, pupils are engaged, enthusiastic and excited about their learning Excellent use of TAs in lessons and for intervention groups – and they were making an impact on learning – showing their value and real team work Learning Environments are bright and vibrant and contribute significantly to the current learning LE was consistent in all classes Consistent approach to marking was seen in books
