In Poland we celebrate :
3 May- Constitution Day- In 1791 Poland have a Constitution- first in Europe. On 3 May we don’t go to school and work.
11 November – the Independence Day when Poland became independent after 123 years of partition

3. National holidays in Italy
In Italy we celebrate:
4th November to remember victims of wars.
25th April festival of Libertation.
2nd June to remember the institution of Republic.

4. Festival and traditions in Italy
                                   
11th October was S.Firmino' day...His name recall the italian name "firma" (signature)!! In this day we sign with our names on our friends' arms. We ENJOY this tradition because it is amusing and funny!

5. Festival and traditons in Italy
  Also Italy has thanksgiving day to celebrate a good harvest. This year it is on 11th November.It is a popular holiday, in fact every year we celebrate mass to thank God for good harvest. Priests bless tractors for the fruits of the earth in the church square. Finally the farmers have a social lunch with pasta with salmi, rice, roast turkey with potato, loin, bread,sliced ham, salami, vegetables, fruit and a cake.
