Writer: You’re the main idea person. Write up a summary of the idea decided upon, 1-2 paragraphs. Perform other duties as specified by director.
Director: Run the show! Prepare your actors; work closely with cinematographer to ensure they get the shots you’re after.
Cinematographer: Operate the camera to realize the director’s vision. Make your images beautiful!
Producer: You’re the glue holding everything together. Help cast the parts, get people where they need to be, create sets, make props, etc.
