2015 Extension Period The 2013 IFCA was extended for current agreements effective December 01, 2014 through November 30, 2015. There were no Amendments issued for this extension. All agreements received a 2.6% rate increase. Three additional one-year extension terms may be utilized. New solicitations are not eligible under the current Agreement.

IFCA Agency Trainings ODF & Other Government Agency Personnel
Presentations Conducted Annually throughout Oregon by ODF PCSU. IFCA Guidance and Clarification Crew Inspection Simulation Exercises Mutual Respect Information Sharing

Company Visits 2013 – The PCSU visited 98% of IFCA Companies as an informational tour for both the PCSU & contractors. 2015 – While performing DDL checks, company visits will be scheduled for record inspections, questions & answers, or just to keep communications open!
