11. TACIT CONSENT
As consent is a meeting of the minds, and tacit is an assumption of agreement, the phrase TACIT CONSENT is an oxymoron, an impossibility, and hence as justification of actions is unlawful!

12. Knowingly causing harm is UNLAWFUL CONTRACT
Hence anything pretending to be something it is not, is by intent designed (hence knowingly) to cause harm, and hence is unlawful!
