Directions: Between 1692 and 1693, nineteen people were executed on the allegations of witchcraft. After their execution, their bodies were often dumped in an unmarked ditch since witchcraft left them unfit for a proper burial. For this assignment, you will be paying respects to one of the victims of the trials by creating a tombstone complete with an epitaph for one of the people who were executed.

4 Step One: Choose one of the following people who were put to death during the Salem Witch Trials of 1692: Bridget Bishop George Burroughs Giles Corey Sarah Good Rebecca Nurse John Proctor Martha Corey George Jacobs, Sr.

5 Step Two: Research your historical figure and complete the evidence chart distributed in class. This chart will be collected with your tombstone, so make sure it’s complete. You will need to do some research for find some facts about your person.
