1. --NOTICE-- Kitasoo/Xai’Xais Housing Committee Kitasoo Band Council
The Klemtu Housing Committee is accepting written applications from the Kitasoo/Xai’Xais Band Members for a Kitasoo Xai’Xais Unit on Lot #24.
All applicant(s) must provide names and ages of all family members and their Kitasoo/Xai’Xais Band NUMBERS.
To be eligible you must:
Have the capacity to pay the monthly rent of $500.00
Be a Kitasoo/Xai’Xais Band Member
Have NO outstanding DEBT to all Kitasoo Band Council Entities including User Fees (e.g. Hydro, T.V., etc.)
Capable and willingness to attend repair/maintenance workshops
This unit has minor repairs which will be fixed over a course of several months, the successful applicant must agree upon letting us repair the issues.
If you are eligible and accept the above-mentioned terms, please complete the official application (can be obtained at the Band Office of Klemtu.com) ensure that you sign and date your application.
Include all the necessary information and deliver the signed application to the Receptionist at the Kitasoo Governent House.
IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED & SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION AFTER JULY , YOU DO NOT NEED TO RE-APPLY. YOU MAY SUBMIT ANOTHER LETTER TO UPDATE US ON CURRENT CRICUMSTANCES.
