HISTORY The first recipes was created in 1950 It is a French recipe
The reason it was created so soon after WW2 was because after WW2 there was a sudden increase in the amount of yogurt being eaten

Why I chose Yogurt Cake The reason I chose yogurt cake was because my mom would always make it when we had guests over to our house. This was her favourite cake recipe and soon after also became my favourite recipe.

Recipe 1 1/2 cups full-fat yogurt 2/3 cup olive oil 1 1/4 cup sugar
3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt You must heat oven to 350 and bake 60 minutes
