Brand Values Under the Pride Resorts brand, resorts have opened at Goa, Jaipur & Mcleodganj (Dharamshala). One of the Biznotel properties has already opened at Vadodara. The Pride Hotels currently operates twelve hotels aggregating over 1600 rooms with a host of F & B and Banquet/conference facilities. The Pride Hotels future expansion plans including setting up an upscale hotel in Mumbai, an upscale resort in Goa, besides many other upcoming business & leisure venues such as Indore, Nashik, Mount Abu, Bangalore, Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Bhavnagar etc.

Our Leadership Mr. M. Narayanan, Chairman of The Pride Hotels has over four decades experience in the financial sector. A former Chairman & Managing Director of Tourism Finance Corporation of India, he is an ex- member of the Tourism Advisory Committee, Govt. of India. Mr. S. P. Jain, Managing Director, possesses over two decades of expertise, in the Hospitality Industry, particularly in taking over and successfully turning around the fortunes of hotels. Mr. S. P. Jain is the Ex President of Hotel & Restaurant Association of Western India.

Our Leadership Mr. Satyen Jain, Chief Executive Officer, is a Chartered Accountant and MBA. He oversees the implementation of the ongoing projects and has a keen eye on introducing International standards in F&B, Hi-tech Connectivity, room facilities, soft furnishings and hardware at the Pride Hotel sites. Mr. Arun Nayar, Executive Director, is a professional hotelier with over 42 years experience in the Hotel Industry. He co-ordinates and oversees the Hotel operations of the group on a day-to-day basis. The Board is assisted by an immensely skilled Corporate team of Hotel Professionals specializing in Sales & Marketing, Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, Food & Beverage Production, Engineering, Housekeeping & Materials Management & Development.

Sales & Reservations Network
A Corporate Sales Team manages the Sales & Marketing activities for The Pride Hotels, the Pride Sales Offices are spread all over India at Pune, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Chennai, Jaipur, Goa, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Indore & Vadodara. A fully equipped Revenue cell constantly monitors the room inventory of each unit of The Pride Hotels and optimizes the occupancy and revenue by keeping a daily watch on the emerging market trends. .

Sales & Reservations Network
Reservations of the entire Pride Hotels are controlled by a Central Reservation System, giving instant confirmation and room status for any reservation enquiry thereby optimizing the occupancy. The Pride hotels also has a dedicated Toll Free Number for instant reservations across the group As a part of the Marketing set-up, a vast range of Electronic Channels have been tied up with, to ensure global visibility of The Pride Hotels. Each hotel has a dedicated and highly skilled sales team. Publicity, sales blitzes and media coverage form an important part of the Sales & Marketing activities of The Pride Hotels.

Recruitment of Staff, Training, Setting up of Proper Controls and Systems, Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sales & Marketing activities and running the operations in a cost effective and profitable manner.
