The top five things kids said they worried about were: Grades, school, and homework: 36% Family: 32% Friends: 21% Brother and Sisters: 20% Mean or annoying people: 20%

6 Can cause… Upset Stomach, Headaches or other Pain Trouble Sleeping Difficulties Focusing in School Mood Swings – Sad, Lonely, Angry, Worried

7 How to Handle Stress…. talk to trusted adult or friend
name your feeling - "I am so angry!" Do breathing exercises listen to music write in a journal play with a pet go for a walk or a bike ride do something fun Click the picture for a video

8 Be positive – most stress is temporary.
Calm down Solve the problem (make a plan) It will get better!

9 Fill in each column of the BINGO sheet with a number in the range indicated
Mrs. Furr will draw the numbers. If your number is called, you will turn and talk with a neighbor with the answer to the question. Then color in the block or place an X in the square. The first person with 5 in a row (diagonal, horizontal or vertical) calls out BINGO and wins!
