Zacharias was a Priest Luk 1:5 There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. Mary was a humble no-body Luk 1:38 And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her. Angel appears in the Temple Luk 1:11 And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense. Angel appears in a tiny unknown town Luk 1:26 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, Zacharias did not believe Luk 1:18 And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years. Mary Believed the Angel The Son was to be Zacharias Luk 1:13 But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John. The Son was to be God’s Luk 1:35 …..therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. This baby would take away Elizabeth’s reproach Luk 1:25 Thus hath the Lord dealt with me in the days wherein he looked on me, to take away my reproach among men. This Baby would bring reproach on Mary Luk 1:34 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?

4 Looking for favour Gen 18:3 And said, My Lord, if now I have found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant: Neh 2:5 And I said unto the king, If it please the king, and if thy servant have found favour in thy sight, that thou wouldest send me unto Judah, unto the city of my fathers' sepulchres, that I may build it. Est 5:8 If I have found favour in the sight of the king, and if it please the king to grant my petition, and to perform my request, let the king and Haman come to the banquet that I shall prepare for them, and I will do to morrow as the king hath said.

9 Deut 22:23,24 If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her; Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.
