3. Mission Statement
EAP 2017 Ambassadors act as an extension of the European Academy of Paediatrics and represent its EAP 2017 Congress in an official manner. EAP 2017 Ambassadors support the Congress by promoting it as widely as possible and encouraging more people to support it. They are committed to the cause of EAP and EAP 2017 and to raising awareness of the activities of the EAP and the EAP 2017 Congress.

4. Tasks Help strategize an outreach plan to maximize attendance;
Encourage relevant associations/institutions/organisations to start planning to bring delegates and advise them on significant group discount rates. You may also advise them on creative ways to raise money to pay for the delegations’ trip. You should help take the lead in your own country, to plan group to attend EAP;
Promote the Congress on the internet whenever and wherever appropriate
Search out promotional opportunities in your region/city/country where the Congress can be promoted online or in-person
Promote abstract submissions
Interest potential companies to exhibit or provide sponsorship
Attend events where EAP 2017 can be promoted
Act as connectors in your community, bringing together people who should know about EAP 2017 and connecting them to the Congress organisers
Provide the Congress organisers with regular updates on your ambassador activities

5. Suggested Methods
Post EAP 2017 Congress banner to your organisation’s website;
Include EAP 2017 Congress banner in your signature;
Announce the Congress on a selection of social media groups that you belong to;
Disseminate information about the Congress at your institution.
Provide us with the names of contacts that we may contact on your behalf
Disseminate information at any relevant congress that you may attend, prior EAP 2017
