Passion Fruit Passion fruit is a rich source of antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and fiber. 100 g of fruit contains about 97 calories. The fruit is a very great source of dietary fiber. Passion fruit is full of vitamin C, providing about 30 mg per 100 g. The fruit contains good levels of vitamin-A. It provides about 1274 IU per 100 g. It also contains flavonoid antioxidants such as β-carotene and cryptoxanthin-β. Passion fruits are pleasantly sweet and tart.

Olives Olives are high and low. They’re high in flavor and monounsaturated fatty acids (“the good fats”) and low in carbs and calories. They have no cholesterol and no trans-fats. Fresh Persimmon fruits also contain healthy amounts of minerals like potassium, copper, and phosphorus.
